Welcome to Promoting Wellbeing.
Promoting Wellbeing, by Heather Daly, provides treatment for the mind, body and spirit. From aromatherapy, reflexology and Indian head massage, Promoting Wellbeing is there for you.
The therapies offered are holistic which means they aim to work on the mind, body and spirit by creating a state of deep relaxation.
A relaxed state is essential in helping the body to heal itself and to strengthen the immune system which can be undermined by stress.
I am based near Malmesbury, Wiltshire, and operate throughout the surrounding areas, including Chippenham.
I hold IIHT qualifications in the therapies along with being a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and the International Council of Holistic Therapists(MICHT). I am fully insured.
There are some medical conditions which may worsen with these treatments and so a full medical consultation will be carried out prior to any treatment.
It may be necessary to consult with your GP to confirm if a treatment may go ahead.
